Sheikh Abdullah Abdullah Amer Al Nahdi buys two pharmacies in the city of Jeddah.
2003
Seeing great potential, SEDCO Holding partners with a 50% stake in the Al Nahdi enterprise.
2009
Nahdi directs significant investment towards establishing a robust IT infrastructure to support and optimize its state-of-the-art distribution and supply chain capabilities. Nahdi adopts a strategy to coordinate offers within pharmacies. Nahdi establishes Nahdi Academy to train and further develop employees and staff.
2013
A fresh identity and strategy keeps the Nahdi Medical Company brand relevant and aspirational for millennials.
2014
The new ‘Nuhdeek’ Loyalty Program means guests can earn points and claim benefits.
2016
Launch of the company’s Omnichannel platform. Nahdi inaugurates the 1,000th pharmacy. Launch of the "Nahdi" app.
